Kratos RT Logic

Introduction:

“Logic Integration is a great company with which to work with. They are all about building a strong and lasting partnership with their customers, while delivering on the right AV solution.”

– Steve Hamilton, Kratos RT Logic

Kratos RT Logic, Inc, the leading supplier of signal processing systems for communication with satellites, spacecraft, missiles, and airborne platforms, partnered with Logic Integration to provide multiple integrated technology systems for a newly-constructed ~90,000 square foot expansion to their campus. As a company with a strong national presence, communication both internally and externally is extremely important to their operation. They needed consistent solutions that were repeatable across the office as well as solutions that encouraged brainstorming and collaboration between the 150+ employees in the office. Whether a sales rep needs to speak to a client states away, or the engineering team needs to review a new system architecture, the proposed solution needed to provide value and efficiency to that task.

Challenges:

Kratos RT Logic, Inc had worked with different AV technology systems in the past and were unable to achieve the goals they had in mind. The large and diverse staff combined with non-user-friendly technology systems meant that the facilities and IT teams had to constantly be plugged in for troubleshooting and training; periodically taking their focus away from the more important jobs such as network administration and facilities management

Solutions:

Logic Integration provided multiple conference rooms of varying scopes and sizes while keeping the user-interface between the rooms consistent and familiar. From small huddle rooms with all-in-one systems to larger conference rooms with projectors, displays, and PTZ cameras to 2-way and 3-way divisible conference rooms; Logic Integration was able to provide robust and reliable systems that maximize uptime and ensure that the end users are easily able to navigate the control systems. Digital whiteboards were provided in some of the rooms as well to create the collaborative nature needed in the spaces. All of the AV devices were connected to the corporate network and can be managed, troubleshot, and tracked from an enterprise management system from the IT help desk. Room scheduling panels that tie into the on-premises MS Exchange server were also provided to allow for easy room scheduling across the multi-floor building.
