Blanchard Family Wines recently built a wine bar in the heart of the Dairy Block in downtown Denver. The wine bar features two main areas with sit down seating and a private area for group events. Patrons can sample wine platters and pair them with cheese in a relaxing atmosphere.
Logic Integration had the task of covering the areas with good sound quality, from an high open ceiling. Another problem was the various surfaces that included concrete, steel, and glass. Being an old brick building, cabling was a problem too. Walls were 18” thick, and there was no ceiling or crawlspace to pull wire through.
Logic Integration was able to conceal our wires in conduit where available, and then piggy back on other parts of the infrastructure for concealment. We were able to install ceiling pendant speakers and brought them down to optimum height for proper sound coverage, while not needing full volume to be heard. We worked with the general contractor to pull audio and video lines during construction to the display locations, creating a seamless look. Last we installed a digital signal routing system that allowed for source selection and zone control throughout the space.
