Room scheduling panels are an alternative to full room scheduling displays. These panels can be mounted outside of conference rooms or other spaces to display real-time scheduling information. Room scheduling panels are typically smaller than full displays and may not feature touch screens, but they provide an easy way for users to see at a glance whether a room is available.

With just a glance down the hallway, an SSW series hallway sign provides highly-visible indication of a room’s availability as part of a complete Crestron® enterprise room scheduling solution. Its stylish appearance and vivid color illumination complement any corporate office environment. The two-sided, clear acrylic sign face glows bright green or red to indicate room availability. The sign face is custom engravable with the room number, name, icon, or other designation. The complete sign assembly mounts to the wall over a single-gang electrical box or plaster ring.
