Shawn Hansson
CEO and Founder
Shawn Hansson is the CEO and founder of Logic Integration Inc., a Colorado audiovisual and automation firm specializing in the design and installation of easy to use technology in homes and businesses.
Since the company’s inception in 2004, Logic Integration has been recognized for numerous accolades under the leadership of Hansson. This includes recognition as a multi-year honoree of the Inc. 500/5000 “Fastest Growing Companies in the US”, a “Colorado Companies to Watch” winner, CEDIA’s “Contractor of the Year” and “Integrator of the Year” by CTA, in addition to numerous others. Logic Integration’s clients include: Comcast, Dish Network, Lockheed Martin, US Army, US Air force, Denver Broncos, and Level 3 along with many Fortune 100 companies.
With more than 21 years of audiovisual industry experience Hansson is recognized as a young leader with a strong vision. He was awarded the “Top 25 GenXYZ influential leaders” by ColoradoBiz magazine and “Top 40 Under 40 Leaders” by Commercial Integrator magazine.
Shawn is a frequent presenter & panelist at conferences such as CEDIA, ProSource, CES China and CES Las Vegas, and the Colorado Bard Center for Entrepreneurship Council’s Business Survival Series, and has also been a panel speaker at events throughout the AV industry. Hansson received a BA in Sound Engineering from San Jose State University. He is a drummer and pianist involved in his Church’s worship


Zaira Hansson
Chief People Officer
Zaira manages the strategy and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals. This includes HR and overseeing and developing a well-defined company culture. She spends time investing in employees, planning events, and tons of time in making sure new hires are a great fit. This means ensuring that the company values are reinforced with every initiative and communication.
In Zaira’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her two kids and the office mascot Charlie the Goldendoodle. She leads worship with her husband Shawn (drummer). When she has time she prefers to travel to warm tropical places, hike in the mountains when the aspens are bright yellow and loves to spend time around the table with good friends and all the better with some seriously tasty food to bring it all together.

Tim Nevermann
Residential Manager
Tim has over 15 years of AV Automation/Installation experience. Having started in the retail world, he quickly realized his passion for customer service and electronics. Shortly thereafter, he began working in the home automation field ranging from Operations management to Project Management. Being a bit of a tinkerer himself, Tim enjoys the challenge that complex installations present as well as the opportunity to build partnerships with others while exceeding client expectations. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.

Kimball Hanny
Commercial Manager
Kimball has over 25 years in the A/V industry. He began his career in Scottsdale, Arizona at the age of 17 as an installer before moving to Crested Butte, Colorado at the age 24. He spent the next 18 years perfecting his skills with both residential and commercial projects, prior to running large jobs as Operations Manager in Oklahoma City until 2018. Kimball has extensive knowledge and experience in most aspects of the a/v industry including design, project management, client relations, and installations. He is driven by the want to not only meet, but exceed client expectations. Kimball enjoys spending time outdoors, with his wife of 18 years and his two teenage sons.
Jarrod Gilman
Service Manager
Jarrod has been passionate about audio, video, and integration long before choosing it as a career. From a very young age learning to solder and fix electronics he has grown and worked in many different categories of AV Integration. From Professional live sound and production, residential audio video, commercial audio video, mobile and 2-channel audio, he has worked in everything from technical install to sales, design, and programming. Jarrod feels all of these experiences give him the ability to better serve clients and satisfy their multiple needs. Jarrod feels very strongly about customer care and quality installation. Throughout Jarrod’s 20+ year career he has learned a lot from field experts and enjoys passing along that knowledge and passion to his teammates and is also always eager to learn more in this ever-evolving world of technology.

David Soran

David has over 25 years as an Audio, Video and Control system professional. Experienced in providing creative solutions for a wide variety of sectors including Government, Entertainment, Educational, Hospitality and Retail. Knowledgeable in a variety of video presentation and control systems, complex sound systems, and acoustical solutions. Experienced in project management, accounting, contract negotiation, engineering, consultation and system integration. David’s hobbies include live sound recording and managing the Vail Lacrosse Shootout.
Michael Carsten
Senior Account Manager
Michael has over 16 years in the A/V industry. He spent the first part of his career installing A/V first on the commercial side and then moved onto the residential side. He is experienced with all aspects of A/V systems along with Networking, Lighting, Shades and Automation. Michael prides himself on making sure he finds the best system for any application. He pays attention to every detail and wants to make sure even complex systems are easy to use for anyone, while also keeping in mind the aesthetics are just as important. He enjoys golfing, working with wood, resin, and spending his free time with his family.


Ralph Magallon
Senior Account Manager
Ralph has 13 years as an Audio, Video and Control system professional. Experienced in providing innovative solutions in a variety of areas including all Residential and Commercial Environments, Entertainment, Hospitality and Retail. Knowledgeable in a variety of video presentation and control systems, complex sound systems, and acoustical solutions. Ralph is experienced in project management, contract negotiation, engineering, design consultation structured wiring, security, surveillance and automation system integration. Experienced provider of solutions from hundreds of commercial and residential manufacturers including: Crestron, Control 4, Savant, Sony, Samsung, Screen Innovations, Stewart Film Screen, Marantz, Anthem, Focal, Sonance, Origin Acoustics, Planar, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Aurora Multimedia and Lutron.
In his free time, Ralph enjoys traveling with his future wife, Melanie and 3 children Zoe, Skylar and Aiden and his grandson Rylek. He and Melanie also love attending sporting events and concerts together.

Matt Daigler
Senior Account Manager
Matt Daigler has been an AV expert and enthusiast since his formative years. At just the age of 14, he retro-fitted his mother’s basement as a professional quality listening room, utilizing audio equipment he sourced from second hand stereo retailers. He took full advantage of his audio knowledge, working for a loudspeaker manufacturer. Over a span of fifteen years, Daigler served various roles including production manager, sales engineer, and project manager. He later turned his attention to high-end residential integration where he continued to wear many hats, performing roles such as: installer, programmer, project manager, and account manager. Daigler applies his interest in modernist architecture and design to help homeowners realize the smart home of their dreams. He has experience with a wide range of brands including: Lutron, Savant, Sony, Sonance and many more.
In his spare time, Matt still enjoys high-quality audio, listening to his stereo whenever he gets a chance; as well as exploring the Colorado outdoors by foot, bike, skis or 4×4.


Justin McKee
Account Manager
Justin got his start in AV during his twenties while working at a media-heavy church in Ormond Beach, FL. While he wasn’t singing, speaking, or playing various instruments during any of their six weekly services, he could be found on his hands and knees running cable or on the top of a ladder hanging/moving lights. His hybrid role allowed him to not only comprehend the technology’s capabilities and limitations but also creatively integrate it into generating an experience. He used these skills to build a professional studio in his apartment, where he recorded, produced, and engineered various projects, including some of his own albums. It was during this time that he discovered his natural talent and passion for bridging miscommunications between creative and technical mindsets. The art of fusing form and function is a skill that has served him well throughout his entire career.
Before joining Logic Integration, Justin worked as a project manager in the HVAC industry for eight years. This experience provided him with additional construction and infrastructure knowledge helpful to successfully transitioning into the Integration industry.
In his leisure time, Justin enjoys watching baseball, playing poker, and playing his guitar. He currently resides in Denver with his dogs, Eli and Toby.
Mark Lauwers
Systems Designer/Engineer
Mark has been with Logic Integration for over 9 years. Mark is proficient in design, engineering, management, and implementation of multi-room systems in Residential and Commercial markets. He has his CTS certification through AVIXA and is working towards CTS-D. He is experienced in providing solutions for automation, audio distribution, 4k video distribution, networks, and integrated telepresence & conference rooms. Some of Mark’s training includes the following manufacturers: Crestron, Shure, Bi-Amp, Extron, AVPro Edge, QSC, YeaLink, Screen Innovations, Sony, Samsung, and more.

He has a B. A. Degree from Colorado State University in Bachelor of Science with a Computer Systems Information Focus.


Dave Lane
Sales Engineer
Dave has over 20 years of experience in the audio, video, automation and networking industry. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work in every aspect in the industry. His well-rounded experience provides beneficial insight to engineering and design. Dave has worked in both the commercial and residential sectors and is knowledgeable in a wide variety of audio, video, lighting, conferencing, and control system solutions. He is enthusiastic and passionate about system design and is dedicated to providing a proper design and solution catered towards a client’s needs. Dave enjoys the ever evolving and changing world of technology and welcomes the challenge and satisfaction of creating systems that are both fun and user friendly. Experienced in a wide range of products including Crestron, Savant, Control4, Extron, Bi-Amp, Binary, Araknis and much more, Dave has the know how to provide the proper solution for any need.

Diana Tran
Accounting
Diana moved from New York City to Denver in 1999, where she began her accounting career. She has worked in a variety of industries and has provided top-level accounting services to four well-respected Colorado corporations. Throughout Diana’s twenty four years of experience, she has polished her fiscal skills, including: bookkeeping, interstate & local sales tax, and office management.
After nearly a decade of working for Logic Integration, Diana has developed meaningful relationships with both co-workers and customers. She is very thorough and detail oriented. In her free time, Diana enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Gale Nordyke
Procurement Manager
Gale started her Audio-Visual career with Logic Integration in 2014. Her previous background was in social work from the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Colorado Springs and has expanded over 12 years. From that background, she has spear headed interviewing, customer service, research, and problem-solving experience to the growing Logic Integration team. She expands her knowledge of product lines (such as Planar, Sony, Crestron, Bi-Amp and many others) by attending numerous trainings, webinars, summits, and tradeshows.
