About This Project

This 14,000 square foot home located on 90-acre site in Castle Pines, Colorado is fully equipped with Crestron lighting, audio, video, and home automation. The homeowner was referred to Logic Integration by a long time builder relationship. For this project, the importance of an incredibly easy-to-use control system with high-end, whole house audio and a pro audio line array experience was emphasized by the client.

Challenge

These homeowners knew they wanted home automation throughout their home with a heavy emphasis on the audio portion. This mega-project required significant planning and communication between the Logic Integration team and the client to ensure an easy-to-use, custom experience. The audio inside and outside the home needed to be able to get big with out being seen. The home must be ready to go at anytime for last minute events.

Solution

With the technology being used daily by the family members and guests, it was essential that each user could quickly select a room and an action. Logic Integration worked closely with the homeowners to ensure the intuitiveness of their iPad interface and the layout for the 16 x 16 room digital control system. Each family member was given their own unique user code and the ability to sign in to a user interface designed for them. This enabled the system to easily support parent controls and make sure each user is comfortable when using the system. Additionally, climate control, locking/unlocking doors, and an intercom system are built into each user's iPad. QSC Line Array audio was hung in the great hall with dedicated amplifiers and DSP processing. The outdoor audio has a total of 18 speakers with subwoofers in the ground as well. This home is remotely managed by Logic Integration’s IT team.

About This Project

This 11,000 square foot home located on a scenic and protected nature preserve in Centennial, Colorado is fully equipped with Crestron lighting, audio, video, and home automation. The homeowner was referred to Logic Integration by another homeowner who was very happy with Logic Integration. For this project, the importance of an incredibly easy-to-use control system with high-end, whole house audio and a cinematic home theater experience was emphasized by the client.

Challenge

These homeowners knew they wanted home automation throughout their home but had a poor experience in past. This mega-project required significant planning and communication between the Logic Integration team and the client to ensure an easy-to-use, custom experience.

Solution

With the technology being used daily by the five family members and guests, it was essential that each user could quickly select a room and an action. Logic Integration worked closely with the homeowners to ensure the intuitiveness of their iPad interface and the layout for the 16 x 16 DM control system. Each family member was given their own unique user code and the ability to sign in to a user interface designed for them. This enabled the system to easily support parent controls and make sure each user is comfortable when using the system. Additionally, climate control, locking/unlocking doors, and an intercom system is built into each user's iPad.

About This Project

Logic Integration Inc. : Contract to design and install AV systems in private and public spaces throughout the world’s first-ever multifamily “Luxury Survival Condos”, built inside a nuclear-hardened missile silo.

Project highlights

Logic Integration’s offices look out on the front range of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, one of the sunniest and healthiest states in the nation. On most days, surrounded by nature and health, a catastrophic, world-changing phenomenon seems unthinkable to Coloradans. But one of our most interesting projects to date – the Luxury Survival Condos in Salina, Kan. – was developed on the assumption that one day (perhaps sooner rather than later) the world as we know it will end.

We joined Larry Hall’s venture to convert a 175-foot-deep, 13-story nuclear-hardened missile silo into a luxurious, technology-equipped bunker. This is the first time a nuclear-hardened missile silo has had its protective structure leveraged to create a survival complex.

The Luxury Survival Condos are built to protect against a catastrophic event while offering privacy and comfort for its residents. Our charge was to design audiovisual systems in each private residence and all public spaces to make residents feel at home.

About This Project

Handscraped Ash floors, Telluride stone and hand-hewn timbers weave throughout this 9,000 sq. ft rustic home in Castle Pines, CO. When the homeowners moved into their new home they were referred to Logic Integration by a trusted custom homebuilder who was renovating the home. Logic Integration’s charge was to upgrade the technology within the home.

Challenge

Solution

Logic Integration designed the client’s new system to be controlled by Crestron and developed acustomized, easy to use iPad and Crestron touch panel interface. The whole house audio system upgrade included the installation of new in-ceiling speakers within the 20 ft. high vaulted, wooden plank and hand plastered ceilings. Additionally, the enterprise-level, wireless network enabled the client to control the lighting and audio through their iPad and from anywhere in the home.
